Kuwait’s outdoor market calendar is taking shape, with TK Market listed for a three-day run at Murouj from Thursday, 22 October, to Saturday, 24 October.

The event announcement places the market within the Bugsha Entertainment Season and names Street Food Kuwait, Murouj and UCS Group Events. Booth reservations are being advertised ahead of the October dates.

The return brings a familiar event back to a venue with an established history of seasonal markets. For visitors, the immediate news is a new weekend date at Murouj. For participating businesses, the announcement opens another opportunity to take temporary exhibition space within the destination.

A market with several seasons behind it

TK Market’s presence at Murouj predates the latest announcement. An archived January 2023 listing advertised a three-day edition on 18–20 January, identifying it with Street Food Kuwait and Bugsha Market.

Subsequent editions have followed different points in the calendar. Public listings document a November 2024 market, a February 2025 weekend and Ramadan and Eid editions. The event has therefore appeared as a recurring programme with seasonal variations, rather than a single annual exhibition.

Its presence also extends into independent local coverage. Kuwait Times included TK Market at Murooj in its January 2026 weekend guide, listing the event for 8–10 January.

Those earlier dates provide a useful distinction for the upcoming edition: October’s announcement represents a return to an existing venue and format. It is not the market’s first appearance in Kuwait.

Murouj’s seasonal calendar

The timing fits the venue’s own description of its outdoor programme. On its official website, Murouj identifies mid-October as the period when seasonal markets return, with local businesses forming part of that activity.

Located in Sabhan near the Hunting & Equestrian Club, the destination combines restaurants and cafés with outdoor areas and family attractions. Temporary markets sit alongside those permanent businesses, adding dated events to a venue that operates throughout the year.

Murouj’s event history reaches beyond TK Market. Its published archive includes Qout Market in 2019, the Kuwait Coffee Festival and Gulf Run Car Show in 2020, and a New Year run in 2021. That history places the October market within a longer pattern of using the destination for shopping, food, sport and community gatherings.

The distinction matters when reading the programme: Murouj is the host destination, while TK Market is a specific event within its calendar. Permanent venue attractions should not automatically be treated as part of the market’s admission or entertainment package.

What the October announcement confirms

The current listing establishes the venue, the three dates and the route for booth enquiries. It presents TK Market as part of the wider Bugsha Entertainment Season, with UCS Group Events and Street Food Kuwait named in the announcement.

It does not yet provide a full exhibitor directory, a detailed daily schedule or confirmed admission arrangements. Those details will determine what distinguishes this edition from earlier markets and which businesses visitors can expect to find.

For now, the next confirmed date in TK Market’s public calendar is Thursday, 22 October, with the advertised run continuing through Saturday, 24 October. Further organiser announcements will provide the practical details needed to plan a visit.
