KUNA reported that Sheikh Jaber Athbi Al-Sabah qualified fifth in a highly competitive field featuring drivers from around the world before securing seventh place overall and third among the rookies in the race that formed the third round of the British Formula 4 Championship. The event took place in the Netherlands. The Kuwait News Agency noted the result as part of the driver’s ongoing rookie season.

In a telephone interview with the agency after the race, the racer pointed to his steady improvement against more experienced international competitors while calling the podium finish a major achievement. Sheikh Jaber Athbi Al-Sabah expressed confidence that he would continue to progress with additional races on the calendar. The performance follows his earlier results in the championship.

KUNA had reported that the driver earned second place in the rookie category during an April event held in the United Kingdom where he finished seventh overall. The following month Sheikh Jaber Athbi Al-Sabah achieved third overall and first in the rookie class at a subsequent British round according to the same agency. These outcomes have marked his start to the 2026 campaign with Xcel Motorsport.

The FIA Formula 4 website stated that Alsabah heads into the 2026 season focused on learning, progression and delivering consistent performances throughout the British F4 schedule. Sheikh Jaber Athbi Al-Sabah joined the British squad as he seeks to gain valuable experience in one of Europe’s prominent junior single-seater categories. The championship regularly produces talents who advance to Formula 3 and beyond.

Ongoing dispatches from KUNA have kept local audiences updated on the Kuwaiti driver’s international endeavours. The series of strong showings has generated interest in his potential within the motorsport community back home. Additional rounds remain on the schedule as the season unfolds.
