A comparable security action in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and Khaitan reported by Times Kuwait in August 2025 led to 26 arrests and the shuttering of 19 shops operating without required licenses, the ministry stated at the time. That campaign incorporated participation from the Fire Force, Municipality, Ministry of Electricity and other agencies to tackle both security and regulatory breaches simultaneously. The multi-agency model has been a recurring feature in the ministry’s operations targeting commercial and residency infractions in the region.
