Interior ministry data place the number of arrests at 1,253 covering both security fugitives and those breaching immigration or employment rules. Authorities also took charge of 36 children born out of wedlock along with their mothers completing legal formalities before transferring the cases to specialized departments. The ministry underscored that such interventions form one element of its broader strategy to improve living conditions and curb recurring irregularities across the neighborhood.
At the temporary shelter established for those affected the Ministry of Health attended to 784 individuals and arranged further hospital treatment for 61 patients its records show. Parallel enforcement by the Public Authority for Manpower included 6,511 shop inspections that triggered enforcement against 1,471 non-compliant outlets. Field checks on workers yielded 129 detections of unauthorized payments for residency permits while 110 shelter occupants were forwarded to deportation authorities. These coordinated steps illustrate the multi-pronged approach taken by participating agencies.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry logged 256 business violations and directed the shutdown of 10 premises according to its summary of the operation. Fire-safety regulators from the General Fire Force applied 188 administrative closure orders to address licensing and hazard concerns. Food-safety inspectors with the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition issued 315 citations condemned unsuitable products in nine instances and sought closure of 12 additional facilities.
