Marzou, a key foreign recruit with Qatar national team experience, and Amer, a five-season veteran now linked with Al-Arabi, leave as the club prepares renewal decisions to maintain its competitive standing in domestic and Asian competitions.
According to Arab Times, Marzou ranked among the most influential foreign players for Kuwait Club in recent seasons. His international experience combined with attacking strength proved instrumental in securing several domestic and external titles for the side known as Al-Abyad. The Qatari professional had integrated into the team’s preparations for the Asian Club Handball Championship hosted in Kuwait after completing his commitments with Qatar at the Gulf Games.
Arab Times noted that Mohammed Amer contributed across five seasons with Kuwait Club following earlier stints at various local clubs. The Kuwaiti player has generated interest from Al-Arabi Club as he transitions away from the squad. Such movements reflect the fluid nature of roster planning in Kuwait’s top handball division.
The publication added that Kuwait Club expects to finalise its renewal and signing choices in the coming period.
