Earlier, in October 2025, Sheikh Fahad Al-Sabah visited INTERPOL headquarters where he reaffirmed Kuwait’s commitment to global police cooperation on issues including financial crime and protection of vulnerable communities, according to an INTERPOL news release. The visit included talks on innovation in law enforcement and plans for a new Regional Bureau for the Middle East and North Africa. These international ties provide additional context for the ministry’s continued focus on enhancing both domestic coordination and external partnerships.
