The guard reported hearing a loud thud and then finding the man lifeless on the ground. When questioned, the guard indicated he was unaware if anyone else had been in the apartment.
The Public Prosecution subsequently instructed the Criminal Investigation Department to examine the full circumstances of the death. This includes determining if the fall was accidental or if criminal suspicion should be considered.
