His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received the credentials of five ambassadors accredited to Kuwait during a ceremony at Bayan Palace. The event occurred on Tuesday as part of routine diplomatic procedures that formalize the roles of new envoys. The group of diplomats included Chhay Makara representing the Kingdom of Cambodia, Mohammad Al-Zoubi of Antigua and Barbuda, Kim Jang-Hyun of the Republic of Korea, Khusrav Noziri of the Republic of Tajikistan and Min Thein of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Attendance at the ceremony featured Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah along with Director of the Office of His Highness the Amir Lieutenant General Retired Jamal Mohammad Al-Dhiyab. Undersecretary of the Amiri Diwan Sheikh Abdulaziz Mishal Mubarak Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs at the Amiri Diwan Mazen Issa Al-Issa also participated. The Kuwait News Agency further noted the presence of Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Affairs Minister Plenipotentiary Abdulmohsen Jaber Al-Zaid and Commander of the Amiri Guard Brigadier General Issa Abdullah Al-Qassab.
